I do eat a diet that is high in pretoin, and I like whey pretoin shakes made with fat free milk. My fiance loves the pretoin bars, but I have to be honest that I think they are not good for you. They contain a lot of sugars and fats, and are very processed. As far as high fiber bars, they are mostly the same with high sugar contents and processing.Soluble fiber is very good for your heart and cholesterol levels, and insoluble fiber is very good for your digestive tract, but I prefer to get these from eating a wide variety of fruits and veggies. Especially the vegetables.Anyway, good luck to you! Either way, I think you'll lose weight, which will be good for your body overall, so just pick the one with less sugar and whichever one tastes the best. If it tastes like poo you won't stick to your diet!!References :

This is a fantastic prcodut, and I wish it was readily available in most stores. It's taste is not the greatest, but it's a 2.5 oz. shot, and it's gone in a second. It tastes, more or less, like a concentrated sweet tea. For the record, I've had 5 hour energy, and that tastes FAR worse. I will put up the taste for the results. It's got 150mg of caffeine, which is the equivalent of the big red bulls and monsters. I can't stand sucralose and sugar substitutes, and this is one of the only shot sized energy drinks that has only sugar in it. The sugar is at 9g, which isn't horrible. I used to drink 4 16oz. Red Bulls a day for the caffeine, and this gives me far better energy, and is much more subtle. My preference is black coffee, but I can't drink 8-12 cups a day anymore. Overall, Steaz does it right; real organic ingredients in moderate amounts, and they create big results.

I've been an avid drinker of Guayaki Yerba Mate for over a dcdeae now. Not only has this company been an inspiration to me as a magickal ritual practice but they have always been a perfect model of soci-environmental business done the right way from start to finish. I support mate every single day and not only happily cast my vote but am doing my part to make sure anyone with computer access who's ever sat with a gourd in my livingroom casts a vote for Guayaki as well. Thank you for pointing the spotlight on these guys, this is what's up for 2012 .

Yes. Here's how the cycle works:Plans use photo synthesis to asorbb solar energy through their leaves (I'll skip the chemistry involved). That energy is then used for a variety of organic processes. The key one is that plants use the energy to break down carbon dioxide they take in from the atmosphere. They then combine the carbon obtained with hydrogen and other materials they get from the soiil they grow in to build compounds that make up the structure of the plant most importantly for what you are talking about the wod that makes up tree trunks, stems, branchees,e tc. When wood is burned, ithe carbon is recombined with oxygen from the air . This releases the energy that the plant originally put into seperating out the carbon in the first place producing heat, light and recreating the CO2 the plant originally removed from the atmosphere. The same fundamental process is at the base of burning any organic compound including oil or coal which, millions of years ago, started as prehistoric plants.

I was looking for an ainartetlve to Lil' Critters Omega-3 gummies. After several tries to get them to let me know about their mercury testing results, I quit buying their product since they did not give me any information. I wanted a product with some clarity around mercury levels and Nordic Naturals was the perfect choice. Their fish oil exceeds tough European standards for mercury levels and according to my kids they taste great. While these are more expensive than ainartetlve products, I am more concerned about product safety than price, so this is the product I let my kids consume. Check out their website as I think after you review the facts about what is in these supplements, you will feel really comfortable about buying them. Highly recommended!

(Health and Beauty) Here's Supplement Facts, 1 tablet: Calcium 333mg Magnesium 133mg Zinc 5mg Vitamin D 200IU I've been nktiag a variation of this formula for years. At first it was just calcium and magnesium, now Nature Made added vit D and Zinc. I really like the new combination, especially since all the attention is on Vitamin D. Oprah, some years back, had Dr. Oz on, before he got his own show, and he talked in detail about how important it is to take a combination of calcium and magnesium. Dr Oz's statement, from his anti-aging and fat burning recommendations: Another important supplement to include with your daily vitamins is calcium, but always take it with magnesium. You want to take calcium, but you've got to take it with magnesium because if you don't take them together, the magnesium loosens your poop, he says. The calcium makes it a little bit like concrete. Dr. Oz recommends nktiag 600 milligrams of calcium and 200 milligrams of magnesium twice daily. He says twice daily, so one dose should be 1,200 of calcium and 400 of magnesium. You will need 3 pills daily to get the max recommended.

I assume when you mean solar engery, you mean engery originating from the sun and not engery produced from solar panels.Except for some organisims living around volcanic vents on the bottom of some oceans, all living material can trace its origin to solar engery.Light from the sun is used by plants in the process of photosynthesis. Plants for the most part are at the bottom of the food chain and therefore all animals above plants on the food chain rely on them directly or indirectly for food. Therefore all living things rely on solar engery to survive.Since organic fuels are merely decayed plant or animal matter, then yes the engery release was once solar engery.
